Exhaustion and constipation
Hi beautiful mamas!!! This is my first pregnancy and I'm experiencing horrible constipation..any advice on safe things I could take?
Also, I'm exhausted all the time to the point I don't want to cook, go out, go to the gym nothing!
I'm surprised I haven't gained more weight but I'm afraid it will catch up to me... Anyone felt likes this? How did you overcome it?
