Hey there, amazing mamas! I'm putting together my hospital bag and would love to hear your suggestions on what essentials to pack. From comfortable clothing to toiletries, snacks to entertainment, share your must-haves and any other tips to help us prepare for the big day!

Here's my hospial bag list that I've used each delivery and will use for this baby too:

Deoderant
Scrunchie
Brush
Chapstick
Lotion
Glasses/contacts/contact solution/contact case
Medication list with dosage
ID 
Insurance card
LONG phone charger
Big night gown (optional, I never changed out of my bloody hospital gown since I couldn't even move)
Jacket 
Going home outfit for mom (make sure it's loose and c-section friendly just in case)
Birth plan
SNACKS (you will be starving after birth)
(IF BREASTFEEDING)
Pump (so lactation consultant can show you how to properly use it)
Nipple cream
Breastfeeding bra (optional)
Nursing tanks (optional)
Baby bottles
(DAD)
Jacket
Toothbrush & paste
Deoderant
Spare clothes for a couple of days
Blanket
Long phone charger
(BABY)
3 going home outfits (you never know if baby will pee on a couple or have a blow out like mine always did)
Pacifier (if you plan to use one)
CARSEAT
Burpcloths
Sicks
Mittens
Hat
EXTRA BAG! (Before you leave empty that room out! Everything that is for you or baby that isn't used will be thrown away so go ahead and take EVERYTHING other than linens and towels)
(POSTPARTUM CARE ONCE HOME)
Don't make the same mistake I did and not prepare. Get mesh undies
Adult diapers
Tucks cooling medicated pad rounds
Dermoplast pain, burn, and itch spray (your vulva will thank you)
Perineal cool packs (frozen pads) 
Puppy pads (put infront of toilet, shower, and on bed)
Prenatal vitamin (still great to keep taking it)
Miralax 
Nursing pads
Gel breast pads
Nursing pillow (great even for bottle fed babies)
Peri bottle (Dont forget the one at the hospital)
Water wipes for when you do poop (Barely wipe because it HURTS and you can tear any stitches you may get)
