I’ve never been told not to drink any coffee or anything, and I know sometimes I exceed the limit of caffeine because I crave Pepsi so bad so I drink a 32oz from speedway almost everyday and in the morning I drink charged lemonade or coffee depending on which place I’m closer to so idk lol it doesn’t seem to have any effects right now but my bf swears our first daughter is so hyper because of that but I only drank unsweetened tea and water in my first pregnancy lol

You’re not meant to exceed 200mg of caffeine so try having decaf. I would drink decaf coffee a few times a week and a tiny can of coke to help with indigestion every now and then.

I’ve never been a huge coffee drinker outside of pregnancy but oddly enough I crave it frequently within pregnancy. It helps a ton with my afternoon headaches so usually by 1:30p I’m in the Starbucks line getting a venti cinnamon dolce latte. It’s under 200mg of caffeine and that’s all that matters 🤷🏻‍♀️🙂

This is my 3rd baby each with different Doc’s, my second actually had 2 because we moved in the middle of pregnancy…. Anyways all of them told me to continue having caffeine and just try not to go over 200 mg.

I drink caffeine almost every day. Sometimes I get headaches if I don’t. I’ve done this with every pregnancy and so far things have been fine as long as you stay within the limits of 200 mg a day then you should be OK.
