Hello lovely ladies! I'm guilty of occasionally forgetting to take my prenatal vitamins. Are there any potential consequences or risks associated with missing a dose? Let's share our experiences and thoughts!

It’s more rare for me to actually take mine 🤣 third baby  here and with each pregnancy I’ve gotten worse and worse at taking them and so far my children are perfectly healthy.

Once I got the 3rd trimester my pregnancy brain went in to effect full force. I forget just about daily.

I take them almost daily but this is my fourth and I miss a day here and there. It’s not that big of a deal. Your baby will take what it needs from your body. The vitamins are more to make sure that you have a stash of the nutrients you need because the baby will take from you whether you take vitamins daily to replenish your own stores or not.
