My bf turns me down a lot

My boyfriend and I are eight years apart. He is 23 and I am 31(I know, cougar status. Lol) we've been together two years this Feb and share a beautiful one year old daughter. Prior to him moving in to my place in May we used to have a very active sex life. Now that he is living here though, he turns me down a lot. I've tried talking this through with him and explaining how hurt his rejection makes me feel with little results. Everything Else is so great. We connect on this crazy level. Society teaches us that Males are typically the ones wanting sex more and it's hard for me not to take it personally when my bf turns me down. Please help.
