Very faint and lighted headed early pregnancy!

I know being dizzy is a symptom of pregnancy but I feel it to a whole other level. I often feel as tho my heart is beating really hard (not faster) and I feel like numb and just out of body! I struggle to drive sometimes! Is it ok?
