Preparing for Labor

I am 33 weeks and trying to do some more things to prepare for labor. I’ve been walking as often as possible throughout pregnancy, at least 1/2 mile 3-5 times a week in addition to regular stretches while working and keeping active with chores 😂 I didn’t exercise much before pregnancy so I’ve been at least as active during pregnancy as before.

I’ve recently started using my medicine ball for hip and core stretching and was looking for ideas for specific exercises to help if anyone had any?

Is there anything else that helps prepare and strengthen for labor? My first child was 7 years ago and labor was 36 hours 😥 but I only pushed 3 times! I had used red raspberry leaf tea for about 2 weeks leading up to labor but only one cup a day, so I’m not sure if I gave it a fair chance. Has anyone used this more often or in higher quantities and found it helpful?
