TATOOS!?!?!?

So I’m currently going on 16 weeks pregnant, and I have self-inflicted wounds on my thigh that I’m pretty insecure about, especially thinking of giving birth. I was completely naked the last two times I gave birth(no wounds) which is the most comfortable way for me, and I plan to do it like that again but this time I have these slashes on my thigh that I would really like to get covered up before I have my baby. What do you guys think I should do? I also looked it up and they said that it’s only dangerous in the first trimester while the babies vital organs are being formed, but I just wanna ask has anybody ever gotten a tattoo while they were pregnant and are your babies OK?
