Sharenting - thoughts
I was reading recently that studies have shown that the average child has their picture shared online 1,300 times before the age of 13.
I think it’s slightly unsettling given the dangers of social media. Every baby/child/teen has a right to privacy which is being eroded in the digital age of oversharing.
I don’t know if I’m being unreasonable/over the top but genuinely find it baffling. I understand private messages with loved ones/friends but not sharing publicly especially when you have followers/connections you have never met and don’t know personally?
