Are there any fertility supplements for PCOS?

What are the best supplements or herbs to take for women with PCOS who are trying to conceive? Are there any precautions to consider?

I use Soothe, an herbal tincture, from peace.love.hormones on instagram. She’s a naturopath who specializes in women’s hormone regulation. I was diagnosed with PCOS a year ago after 3 1/2 years of secondary infertility. My endocrinologist recommended me start pharmaceuticals in Dec 2022, but I was on the fence. I got pregnant naturally in Jan, but miscarried @ 6 weeks. I then came across one of her posts and started Soothe in February. After 1 month my cycle regulated to every 28-29 days and I no longer had PCOS symptoms. I also got her e-book about foods to eat during the different phases of your cycle. I got pregnant again this month.

Im at the gyn already. My hormones are tested and I’m on my 3th cycle of clomid. (Now 150 mg)
I thought I could do some more besides the medication.

Since you have pcos you should talk with a ob/gyn only they can give you best advice and supplements you need . You should also test your hormones bc not every woman with pcos need the same meds like other one .
