When should I have my Baby Shower?

Based on my due date (2/8/2024) and because I live far away from most of my family and friends, I may have to have my baby shower close to the holidays (either December or early January). What do you think would be a better time to have a baby shower: before Christmas, or after New Years?

My due date is Feb 27, and I’m thinking of doing it the first week of December. More than anything I still want to be able to enjoy it. And anything after Christmas I know I’ll be miserable. 😂

As an adult with kids my entire december is completely reserved for family time. I dont go to anything thats not my family or something for my kids. Its just to hectic a month. 
So I would suggest after new years 🤷🏻‍♀️

My due date is Feb 19 and due to how busy our lives are during the holidays and such I’m really struggling myself choosing. I’m worried if I go after New Years I may not have enough time. (I have my babies early sometimes) but I worry cramming it between thanksgiving and Christmas could be complex too. So maybe middle January??
