- he has never called me a friend even when introducing me to other people - he gets jealous when he thinks a guy is hitting on me - he says things like 'I will always protect you' or 'I am always here for you' - he is single and isn't looking for someone to date until the "right girl comes" - he calls me often and texts almost everyday - he is not making any moves as in asking me on a date or wanting to kiss me or anything (we did generally speak about it before 3 months ago because I just got out of a relationship and we both agreed that generally it wouldn't be good to date someone who was fresh out of a breakup until it has been half a year) - he does not want to go one on one hangouts (maybe to avoid being a rebound) - we hang out in groups - he invites me to meet his friends - he does a ton of acts of service for me - he compliments me and flirts calling me beautiful - we both confide in each other for advice or just an ear to listen -  he seems to tap me on the shoulder a lot when sober or when drunk lays his head on me or puts his arm around me (but he tends to be very touchy in general when around other men and women friends when drunk but never putting his arm around them) - he cares what I think about him and doesn't want me to think he is a bad person - he asks from time to time if I am dating anyone or looking to date other people - he talks about how he wants kids next year and how many kids he wants - I get confused, does he plan to date me after 6 months or is he just being a good friend? I am okay with either!
