Is this too far away to be a SCH?

I had an early scan done because they didn’t want to believe that I had a chemical pregnancy last cycle and thought I may be further along. No big deal. Anyway I saw what looked like another sac on the scan, it may have even been bigger than the one in the photo. Unfortunately I only got this angle as a picture so it doesn’t look like a sac here but you can still sorta see it. It’s down where I put the sticker. They said it was implantation bleeding and marked it as an SCH. After all the photos I’ve seen of SCHs, I feel like that’s too far away from the gestational sac. Any thoughts?
