Still look pregnant 8 months later?

Hi everyone, so I had my daughter (my 3rd) 8 months ago via C-section (all my babies were C-section if it matters) and I've noticed my stomach is still super round as if I'm 8 months pregnant! Now yes I am overweight 100%, I know and I am working on getting back in shape. My pregnancies were pretty much back to back and I've been breastfeeding so I haven't had the time to work out or the money to diet. Is it normal for my stomach to still be so round 8 months later?

Back to back babies is hard. I've had three babies in five years, only a 17mo gap between #2 and #3. I'm 7mo pp and still look about 4-5mo pregnant depending on the day. Your core muscles take a huge hit and take the longest to recover. @thelaurenohayon and @mamastefit on Instagram both are great resources for simple exercises and movement to engage your core in a safe way for postpartum mamas. 
Also, it's not expensive to eat healthy. Processed/convenience foods are more expensive. For our family of five, I cook all of our meals and on average it's $5 a meal, for example roast chicken thighs with carrots and potatoes or seared pork chops with broccoli and sweet potatoes. $7-$10 if it's red meat or fish. I know it can be overwhelming at first, the simple formula of protein, starch, veg is still my foundation for meal planning and I've been doing it nearly ten years now. Pinterest is an awesome resource and has tons of easy healthy recipe ideas.

Hold your belly in as long as you can through the day by tightening your core, and icy hot and seran rap and rap your belly. Have to help those abs stay in place and heal.
