Am I losing My Mucus Plug Help!!!

I’m 31 weeks and 6 days so tonight I went to use the bathroom and when I finished I notice this clear sticky discharge on my leg no odor. Just wanted to know if I’m starting to lose my mucus plug or is this regular discharge during pregnancy.
