Swollen hands and feet: How are you dealing with this pregnancy symptom?

Hey there, fellow mommas! pregnancy has gifted me with swollen hands and feet, and it's quite the challenge. I'm curious to know how you all are dealing with this symptom. Any remedies, lifestyle changes, or self-care practices that have worked for you? Let's chat and support each other!

I haven’t dealt with swelling as much this pregnancy but with my last one I had it bad the whole third trimester and like someone else said enclosed shoes help. Limit salt in your diet and drink lots of water and when possible elevate your feet. Compression socks are great too. I even wore them postpartum for a few days because I still got the swelling even after my daughter was born.

Compression socks and enclosed shoes keeps mine mostly under control. Tons of water too.  As for the hands talk to your Dr. Mine keeps telling me to call immediately if my hands are swelling.

I find that wearing enclosed shoes when I’m upright helps reduce the fluid build up during the day. Then putting my feet up of an evening.
