Pregnancy loss/rainbow baby

I had a miscarriage this afternoon and upon telling everyone (family and a few friends), they all started talking about “rainbow babies” and I personally, am not a fan of the whole rainbow baby thing. If it helps you cope and that what you choose, go for it. I just think it’s a little cringe and it makes me uncomfortable. Obviously everyone wants to be supportive but how do I say that I don’t like the rainbow baby thing and would prefer that no one call my next pregnancy a rainbow baby or anything like that. i just don’t want to hear about that right now.
