Just needing to talk this out

I’m just exhausted. Emotionally and mentally. Ultrasounds attached.

Should be 6 weeks 1 day. Had my first faint positive at 9 dpo. Met with doctor and had initial prenatal blood tests. Doctor said everything looked good. Because of a previous miscarriage back in 2020 ( we’ve since had a healthy baby in 2021), I always keep testing with at home tests just to be sure. ( so glad I did in this case!) at around 5 weeks 2 days, the test all of a sudden got lighter. I of course was nervous so make an appointment to get hcg checked. It came back super low at 58. Had blood checked again two days later and it was only up to 64. Doctors told me was probably a failed pregnancy. I haven’t had any cramping or spotting, nothing. Just regular pregnancy symptoms of sore breasts, tired, morning sickness at night. Doctor ordered an ultrasound because was concerned could be ectopic, I’ll attach the ultrasound in comments. Then ordered another ultrasound to be taken today. (4 days later than last one) Then, two days ago I took a pregnancy test and it was the brightest test yet. ( was vomiting the night before and feeling super pregnant). This morning went to ultrasound and literally told the same thing again at. 6 weeks 1 day. Went and had more blood drawn this afternoon to check hcg levels again. I’m so exhausted. I just don’t know what to think.
