How do your nurses at ob office act/treat you?

I’ve noticed people having negative experiences, and I’m just curious on how many people stay quiet because they feel uncomfortable or like they can’t speak up.

I left an office that was 10 mins from my home & went to an office that was 40 mins from my home just because the staff there was SO much friendlier & caring than the more convenient option. The closer option had rude nurses, receptionists, dr’s - I was sick of it. I had a way better experience w my 3rd pregnancy than my first two solely because I changed offices.

I will say, my ob office is AMAZING but their main location is not as great as the staff at mine 😂 if i move, i will probably drive out of my way to keep this one. Some other obgyn’s I’ve seen have not been so caring and understanding

I honestly loved mine.. so caring.. funny but when i went to hospital.. we have different midwifes to who u see in ur appointments.. i'm not a difficult person nor rude but they was overtired.. under staffed but that was no excuse.. they was rude to me and had loud music on between 2 - 3 am.. i complained about the music and then i recordered them bad mouthing me.

The staff at my OB office are so friendly. They always try their best (and succeed) to make me comfortable. We talk, laugh, have a great time, during my visits. I’m always excited for my next visit and it wasn’t like this at my last OB office. (My last OB with my son was fired lol)
