Can anyone relate please ?

Hello everyone! My name is Rachel, we have been ttc for more then a year now. First pregnancy on Jan 23, but turns out to be a blighted ovum (no fetus visible in the sac) and so had a d/c, 2nd pregnancy in June, was barely 4 weeks and I started bleeding and miscarried! I was shattered!!

Tried again on July, took a test 11dpo and got a faint positive. A clear positive a day before period was due. Took a test the next day, I had a negative test (early morning pee) I tried on 3 different test, all negative. Was really confused, took another test with my 2nd morning pee and got a faint positive. Now I don’t get a positive on my early morning test, and only get a faint positive in my 2nd morning pee test. Period is 3 days late as of now. And too early to get a doc appointment. Did anyone have any thing like this happened?
