Problem with your weight?
So I was at an amusement park today and there's a water park section- so I took my top off (I was wearing a bikkin under) and I kept getting weird looks from a few ladies.
I'm 16 and I have always struggled with my weight. I was a size 16 when I was 12. When I turned 15 I started increasing my exercise and eating healthier. My stomach became flat and my bones which will always stick out actually looked alright instead of out of place. But just before I turned 16 (July) I became very sick and would faint whenever I increased my heart rate too much. So I started putting on weight (35) now I weight 70kjs and I get it my stomach isn't flat, my boobs aren't big and my ass isn't big. But that doesn't mean I can't be happy with how I look- which is what this post is about!
WHO CARES
- if someone doesn't like your body- be proud!!! It's your body damn girl you can be sexy ;)
WHO CARES if you deceided to eat two ice creams and a jar of Nutella "damn girl you must be hella sweet , I wish I could taste you"
Come On!! Upgrade yourselves.....
I love my body and I finally feel healthy and pleased. It's all about accepting who you are, whether you're size 22 or size 8 you're beautiful.
Trust me, I did starve myself, I did throw my food up, I did use the excuses "I'm not hungry" or "I already ate" but then I realised. If I can't love myself then how can I expect to love someone else.
You're beautiful, don't let anyone tell you otherwise.
