Need some advice

Is it okay for step-mom to throw away daughters clothes I bought her when she is at her dads? They live with their dad during the school year and I get them weekends, long weekends, breaks and summer breaks…..because I live 45 min out of town and they didn’t want to go to school out here. Which I understand. I do plan on moving back to Vegas once I get this job I’m working on. Sooooooo- my ex husbands wife throws out clothes that I’ve bought my 13 year old daughter. Mind you , it was nothing scandalous . It was just high waisted wide leg/cargo pants. Super cute. I bought a pair for myself they were so cute. And then dry shampoo I’ve bought her….she says it makes you go bald, mascara, Dior lip oil just the clear shiny one, and some sweatpants and basic T-shirt’s. Now I’m trying to maintain my cool, and not flip out. My daughter is waiting for their dad to get home to ask where tf the stuff went….any advice ??!!!
