How much sleep does your 10 month old have day and night? Ive heard the expected is between 11-13 overall in 24hrs. Our little one does around 10.5 at night and then wakes. We try to get him back to sleep but hes awake, chatting away. He usually has about 2hrs day sleep so hes getting his expected just curious as to how much other 10 months old get. We have been using awake windows but trying to implement more of a set time for naps so bedtime doesnt creep early when he wakes early. Hes on a 2 nap day and really fights the 3rd nap even if we need a later bedtime with being out.
