Has anyone had this before?

I went on trip in the beginning of July, however about the end of trip I noticed a smell from my vagina which did not smell pleasant at all. It smelled a bit fishy with old pee. I do get discharge which is like a white thin sometimes thick, but it’s the wetness that smells.

I don’t think it’s a yeast infection but could it be BV? I know this can be treated at home so what can I do?
