Is this flirting or no ?

My husband job is to walk women to their cars when they get off work at his building .

There’s a new woman that just started working there 3 days ago . The first day she doesn’t speak. Second day she asked if he likes his job and that she’s gonna bring him a Gatorade tomorrow. Day 3 (today ) she’s all like omg I forgot your Gatorade and tells him how she’s married but her husband is locked up for 10 years and she’s gone a while without some and was thinking about breaking it . He claims he didn’t see that as flirting just small talk for the walk . I said watch next she’s gonna ask for your number . He also didn’t tell the woman he was married because she only talked about herself and it’s a 5 min walk to the employee parking lot .

Am I tripping ? She’s 42 and my husband is 28.
