Found this recipe on Instagram. It was actually a really quick meal and also super cost efficient.

I cooked this shaved chicken in the skillet until it browned with about one tablespoon of olive oil and one tablespoon of Italian seasoning. I then combined the ricotta cheese, Parmesan, pesto, and egg into a cream sauce. Lastly, I made layers. 1) garlic Parmesan cream sauce; 2) lasagna noodles; 3) ricotta sauce; 4) chicken; 5) mozzarella; 6) repeat.

It goes in the oven at 375 for 25 minutes (be sure to cover with foil). The flavors were rich and absolutely melded together - it is delicious!
