So the night of New Years I had unprotected sex. We were having a good time and then he put it in and then it finally kicked in it was unprotected. It was only for a minute or two max and he didn't cum. Should I get EC? It's been 2 days and now I'm starting to get stressed from people saying I can " still " get pregnant 
Also looking back on eve I was "fertile" at the time

Eh, I think you'll be absolutely fine. I mean, STD, etc is what I'd be more worried about if I were you, but getting pregnant in this particular situation is slim. I had unprotected sex using just the pull out method for 7 years with my boyfriend/now husband. He cummed in me for the firat time a week after our wedding because we wanted a family and I got pregnant - so obviously we were both fertile over the years. Just be more careful next time!

Technically yes there is a slight possibility that you could get pregnant as pre-cum does contain sperm but the chances are very small as it only happened for a small period of time, there's a possibility there wasn't any pre-cum and even if there was not all unprotected sex leads to pregnancy.
