Sunflower Lecithin for morning sickness

Me

My first pregnancy I just coped with the morning sickness as I thought it was caused by hormones, and that there was nothing to do (unless I wanted to do drugs) besides waiting it out. This time around, someone suggested I tried taking lecithin, and I just happened to have sunflower lecithin on hand, so I started taking it right away. My morning sickness was not very bad, so I only did a half dose and it took it away completely! After a week or 2 I forgot why I was taking the lecithin, so I stopped, and the nausea came back. I then remembered why I had been taking it lol. Started taking it again, and the nausea went away. I've never heard any other first hand stories, so if you used it and it did or didn't work for you, I'd love to hear about it!
