Hey gals! Any of you taken this supplement while pregnant? I’m reading mixed things.

I chose to stay away from it during pregnancy due to the lack of evidence on it during pregnancy. There are plenty of gentler stress reducing herbs out there that are pregnancy safe, lemon balm, oatstraw, lavender, and milky oats to name a few.
