When do weight restrictions come into play for pregnancy?
I work in junior management at my job. When means lots of lifting, bending, climbing and building. The weight can be as minimal as a few pounds or as great as 25-30lbs. But I also lift my step daughters and they are 35lbs and 54 lbs.
This kind of physical stuff is something I have done for YEARS. So it isn't a new work out and I rarely strain to do the lifting I do. Should I be alright at 4 weeks until my doctor advises otherwise?
