I met a guy at a work conference. I was drawn to a booth that had a guitar. the guy was at a booth selling his product, but we vibed over the guitar that he brought and vibed over playing music. I had to run to a seminar and he asked me if I wanted to play the guitar when I came out. I agreed and after the seminar met with him at the booth. I played a metal riff I knew, and he seemed impressed. after talking a bit and joking about making a band together with me and my other coworker, he gave me his number and said "you should text me." when I had to go to my next seminar, he asked "are you going to come back?" I thought it was an odd question and he almost sounded like a lost puppy that needed to be by my side. I said "yes" hesitantly. after the seminar, my boss and coworkers wanted to have a check in at some random table just discussing how the conference was, and although the conference ended at 4:30, I ended up staying until 5:30. when I started trying to head out to go home, all booths were packed up and everyone gone except for the guy. I saw the guy sitting there (the rest of his team already gone home) and his booth torn down. it almost seemed like he was waiting for me to talk to me. then I passed by and said bye and he told me bye and to text him. do you think he is a stalker? or do you think it is safe to text him and it is harmless?
