Sharp pain when I sit up?

I noticed when I sneeze and am laying down, or roll around in bed and have to sit up a little that I have a Sharp pain that hurts badly. It's in the left side of my pelvic area. Anyone know what this might be? Did not have this before I was pregnant

I have this also. Only on the left side. If I roll over too quickly or sit up quickly. Very abrupt sharp pain, then goes away.

I have had this as well. The pain goes away right away. It's weird. No clue what it is. Maybe the muscles stretching and just twisting the wrong way...
