BFN but still no AF?!!

So I had a chemical pregnancy last month so my period lasted longer than normal... So I'm not exactly sure when I ovulated or when to expect AF... This app said that it should have come by this past Wednesday the 30th but I have had nothing... No spotting and only very very light cramping! I have normal PMS type symptoms like sore breasts and moodiness... But can't that be early pregnancy symptoms too? I took a test on Friday and got a negative... How long should I wait for AF before I test again?!
