Questions

So In my first pregnancy I was super sick especially in the beginning it unfortunately ended in a stillbirth I’m 11 weeks pregnant tomorrow and I’m worried as I don’t have really have any symptoms I don’t have my period I get headaches on and off and cramps on and off and sleepy but other then it’s weird I don’t even feel pregnant and I’ve had quite a few ultrasounds and the baby is fine last ultrasound they were measuring ahead and the heartrate was 178 I’m super scared as I obviously had a previous loss so the worry is understandable
