Embarrassing Birth question!!!!!

So I was outside one day at school for PE and my throat dried up completely I was in elementary school literally heaving and no one would take me inside to get a sip of water it scared me so so bad that it has created a fear ever since that day in first grade and I’m 22.I I have HAD to carry a drink with me EVERYWHERE if I don’t have one I PANIC freak out gag throw up pass out etc…We’ll me and my fiancé want a family I’m actually TERRIFIED that even if I can’t drink it that I won’t be able to have a drink WITH me during labor rather that be c section or vaginal …All of my sisters with all of there kids have had to have c sections and I seriously doubt they will let me hold onto one in there I’m okay with not drinking it but if I don’t have one or see one I start panicking…any advice or experience?
