Breach! Anyone flipped their baby?

Question

Went in for my 36 week appointment and baby is breach. We are going to keep checking the next two week appointments to see if baby flips, but they went ahead and made an appointment for 39 weeks for an inversion and induction. Send tips and tricks and success stories! Currently researching and doing all the spinning babies exercises.

This is going to sound crazy, but it worked for me!
Put some ice packs/frozen veggies on the top of your belly (mostly where you feel their head). Keep it there for a while. I did it over a thin shirt so it didn’t freeze my skin, but still got super cold. The cold is supposed to make them feel cold and uncomfortable and make them flip towards the warmth. I did it while sitting at the corner of my bed because it was the closest position I had to being on a yoga ball to make sure I was opened up.

Tip I heard my my sis in law she says to crawl on the floor to let your stomach hang so they have room to flip. But to do it for like 15 mins or more! She said it has worked for other ppl

I just went for an ultrasound at 34.2 weeks and baby is also breech. I started the exercises on spinning babies also and i have booked a chiropractor with her Webster technic certificate for Tuesday. I will also look into accupuncture/moxabustion. I hope he flips too. Im scared to death of c-section.

Go to website spinning babies and look at the forward leaning inversion method, my Dr had me do this and it worked for me and other moms she’s had!

My baby was breech. I’m a little behind you. But I got a birthing ball and bounced on it for a day and she flipped! The doctor told me to keep bouncing on it to keep her head down.
