TMI!!

Hey ladies, have y'all ever had this? I have this hard lump on the inside of my vajayjay so I wanted to see what it was and I zoomed in with the flash and seen this white spot! I tried to squeeze it but it won't pop and hurts when I do squeeze it but it doesn't hurt I just want it gone. Has anyone had this or no what it is? It won't pop! It feels like a lil ball. It only hurts when I try to pop it or press down on it . It's much smaller than this in person and you can barely see it. I just zoomed in to get a good look at it and this is the closest my phone got of the bump or spot or whatever it is. It's been there for days and I'm trying to figure out what it is

Edit : I haven't had sex in months , but I did have a cold sore couple weeks ago and masterbated so idk! I hope it's not nothing serious!

Edit: it popped today because I kept messing with it! (TMI warning) it leaked green fluid , then it was clear and blood came out!
