Antibiotics?

I’ve had a rough couple days- I think I have a bad sinus infection. My entire head and face hurts, I’m so stuffy. My ears and throat are sore as well. Usually, I’d have no problem going to doc and getting on anti-biotics BUT, I’m not sure if it’s safe. I know they wouldn’t prescribe something if it would harm baby, I guess I’m paranoid.

Has any recently been prescribed an antibiotic for being sick?? We’re there side effects? Is it safe for baby? I’ve been in the hospital already once for bleeding (only 7 weeks) so I’m hesitant to go in but I’m pretty miserable.
