Just got my NIPT results back and it says boy! I have a son that I absolutely adore but was really hoping this pregnancy would be a girl. A lot of my friends have girls and don’t act excited for me at all with it being another boy. We have so many boys in my family too and I feel like no one will be excited/happy for us. Why do people get so excited over girls and not boys? I can just hear people say… “another boy!” 😒

Have any mamas experienced this with friends/family? Please share your experiences and advice for how I should process and navigate this.
