Diastas recti
Hi
I have Diastas recti that’s now a 2 I went to Pt from 5-12 weeks PP twice a week. Insurance won’t pay for more and I can’t afford to pay. I am now a 2 what exercises can I do to help? I am currently 8.5 months PP
I feel like some of the exercises I shouldn’t do cuz it will make it worse. I also haven’t done exercises in a few months because I had a few things come up I really want to get back into this and take a few min each day to do this
