Hello, fabulous moms-to-be! Let's talk about preparing for breastfeeding. Did you take any classes, consult with lactation specialists, or seek professional help to prepare? How did it benefit you? Share your experiences, tips, and any resources that helped you feel confident and ready for this beautiful bonding experience!

I had one prenatal class on Aug 8th, since I had nipple trauma for my first 11 years ago. I also have been reading tons about it. The breasfeeding class was  ok since I read so much there wasnt much for me to learn (there was but about maybe 15% of what she told me I didnt know), and the bulk of the learning will be once baby is here. However, knowing what to expect is essential, it’s like theory before practice. I live in Ontario and the lady I met will also meet with me once baby is here and will assist me in my home if I need help, so that part will be really beneficial. On top of that, I also have a midwife who will help me as well for 6 weeks post partum with medical appointment and breastfeeding. 
I am really hope to make it work this time with both of them.
If you can afford it, learn as much as possible from either a course or read online, and find out where you can get help post partum now so you dont scramble to find help.
Breastfeeding can get very challenging in the first couple of weeks so equip yourself with all the knowledge and help you can get before.
