What is this on my baby

Does anyone know what this is? My baby is 3 weeks and it just started to come up:( it’s on his chin and cheeks and the chest area

Looks like possibly a laundry detergent allergy. But would definitely recommend taking little one to be seen.

If ur feeding him formula try to change the brand , if u r breastfeeding him maybe its something that you are eating that irritates him .

I would have them seen. Only because baby looks a little yellow. Could be the lighting but just to make sure all is okay x

If there wasnt pimples id say its probably heat rash but it looks like something has definitely irritated their skin. I would take them in
