Honestly never thought I’d feel so happy that I’ve been able to milk myself but finally I managed to get a small amount!!
I’m 37 weeks now and the midwife gave me the go ahead, I’ve tried hand expressing over the past few days and i just couldn’t get the hang of it…. Gave it a go tonight and we’ve got some liquid gold!! 💖💖
