Hello lovely mommies! Walking has been my go-to exercise during pregnancy, but I'm unsure about how much is considered safe.How much walking is too much during each trimester? Let's share our experiences!

I don’t really think there’s a number, if you feel winded or fatigued after doing a long stretch of walking maybe decrease by some and so on and so forth
