23 Weeks! Super swollen!! Please help!

I had compression socks on but it was becoming too uncomfortable…. I’ve been keeping my legs elevated…. I called MFM and let them know. They said no to diuretics because it can affect Elias…

My blood pressure is perfect at 126/72. Heart rate of 80. No headache. My last ECG looked okay but I know with heart failure and being pregnant, that can change.

Have you ever had this issue and why??? And how to I get this to chill out???

Please let me know because this is super uncomfortable and it’s making me a bit nervous.
