Can someone give me some tips or ideas

My baby just turned 1 and he was eating solids before not a lot but he ate. But now he doesn’t want to eat anything and he doesn’t touch his food anymore. He just want his bottle or breast. Last time he ate food was two weeks ago when I gave him white eggs for first time and he enjoyed it but got an allergic reaction instantly and after that he doesn’t want food just something sweet but I don’t want him to give him only fruits.
