Anatomy scan results

I had my anatomy scan this last Wednesday and after the tech said everything looked good and then asked when I would see my doctor I told her on the 7th and she said she'd send the pictures over to him. I haven't gotten any sort of call from him so I am guessing that's a good thing ? Would he have called me if he saw something not right ? Or wait until the appointment ?
