Cramping after workout?
Did a spin class about five hours ago - nothing crazy just 30 min and my normal intensity - and I’ve been experiencing persistent mild-moderate cramping in my uterus since. I’m 13w2d - so maybe this is just normal for this stage in pregnancy, but kinda freaked since my last pregnancy led to miscarriage at 10w. No bleeding, and it’s not severe enough to want pain killers or anything. Sound normal? When should I call a doc?
