Hello, I’m currently 12w with baby number two… has anyone else had brown spotting at this point? Getting pregnant has been a kind of a struggle for us the past couple years (two miscarriages), so it is super concerning to me. Just looking for support I guess. I have an appointment tomorrow, hoping everything is fine 🤞🏻
