Different positions hurt/not orgasming

A few months ago I started taking the pill. Ever since I began taking it Sex hasn't been as great, I don't orgasm as much, if I do it's small, and certain positions are painful and sometimes I'll bleed. My boyfriend is concerned as am I. I also feel bad because he refuses to cum if he can't, and he thinks this is his fault when I know it's not because before I was on the pill the sex was normal, no pain and I orgasmed regularly. Because I go to college in a small town there is not a real women's health center and the wait to get an appointment at my doctor is incredibly long. I plan on making an appointment but I do have to wait and I was hoping someone here could possibly give me advice or happen to know why this is happening.
